Don't Worry Trust God.

Matthew 6:27-29 New International Version (NIV) 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. Over the span of a persons lifetime, worrying accounts for hours and hours of invaluable time that I'll never get back. Worry does nothing to help tomorrow’s troubles; but it does ruin today’s happiness. When worry strikes at the door of your hear, remember this; 1 • Worrying Accomplishes Absolutely Nothing. 2 Worrying is Not Good for You. Worrying is destructive to us in many ways. It becomes a mental burden that can even cause us to grow physically sick. Proverbs 12:25 {NLT} Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up. 3 Worrying is the Opposite of Trusting God. The energy that we spend worrying can be put to much better use in prayer. Replace worry with prayer and you will have enough faith to trust God. Philippians 4:6 New Living Translation (NLT) 6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. If worry comes your way, just remember this one question; Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Matthew 6:30 {NKJV}
